2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service Not Provided: If EduFy Global fails to provide the agreed-upon services
- Early Cancellation: If you cancel services within the specified cooling-off period
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service
- Service Unsatisfactory: In cases where services significantly deviate from what was promised
3. Refund Timeline
Counseling Services
- Before Services Begin: 100% refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment and before any counseling session has taken place
- After First Session: 50% refund if cancellation is requested after the first counseling session but before the second session
- After Second Session: No refund available once two or more counseling sessions have been completed
Admission Assistance Services
- Before Application Submission: 75% refund if services are cancelled before any applications have been submitted on your behalf
- After Application Submission: 25% refund if cancellation occurs after applications have been submitted but before admission decisions
- After Admission Offer: No refund available once an admission offer has been received
Package Services
- Refunds for package services will be calculated based on the proportion of services utilized
- Administrative and processing fees (₹2,000) are non-refundable in all cases
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following fees and charges are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Registration and administrative fees
- Document processing and verification charges
- Third-party fees (application fees paid to institutions, courier charges, etc.)
- Services already rendered or in progress
- Promotional or discounted service packages (unless otherwise specified)
- Test preparation materials or resources already provided
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, contact information, and transaction details
- Clearly state the reason for your refund request

- Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days

6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- The refund will be initiated within 10-15 business days
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-7 business days)
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
Important Note: Please allow up to 21 business days from the date of refund approval for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
7. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

- Changes in admission criteria or policies by institutions
- Visa refusals or delays (for international admissions)
- Student's failure to meet eligibility criteria
- Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the student
- Changes in personal circumstances of the student
8. Partial Services
If you have utilized some but not all of the services in a package, the refund will be calculated as follows:
- Total package value minus the value of services already provided
- Minus the non-refundable administrative fee
- The remaining amount, if any, will be eligible for refund as per this policy
9. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation (such as medical certificates) may be required.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the refund decision:
